Oyo Govt Urges Residents to Participate in Ongoing Voter Registration

The Director-General of the Oyo State Mobilization Agency for Socio-Economic Development (OYMASED), Dr. Morohunkola Thomas, made the call in a statement issued in Ibadan. According to him, to ease the challenges often faced during registration, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will focus on fresh registrants who have never registered before at its local government offices across the state. He further advised individuals who have misplaced their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), those seeking PVC transfers, or those with damaged cards to complete their registration online via https://www.cvr.inecnigeria.org. Dr. Thomas stressed that active participation in the registration exercise is crucial for residents to elect leaders of their choice as the elections draw closer.
