The Oyo State Government, in collaboration with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State Chapter, will host the 2025 Oyo State Real Estate Conference in Ibadan. The event is organized by the Special Adviser on Housing and Urban Development, Honourable Akinsete Olakunle, and brings together industry experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to deliberate strategies for advancing the real estate sector in the state.
The conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Jogor Event Centre, Ibadan, starting at 10:00 a.m. Although admission is free, attendees are required to register in advance through an online portal.
This year’s theme is “Real Estate and Economic Development in Oyo State: Strategies for Success.” The organisers say the conference aims to build on the developmental momentum in Oyo, positioning the state as a leader in real estate innovation, sustainable urban growth, and investment opportunity.
In a statement, organisers called on stakeholders, investors, and industry players to actively participate in what they described as “a defining conversation shaping the future of real estate in Oyo State.”
